Shipping Policy

Every House of Mina piece is handcrafted to order in our Karachi studio. Here is exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives.

Production Time

Because each piece is made specifically for you, please allow 10–15 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipping.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (PKT) will begin processing the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in production time.

Shipping Within Pakistan

• Free shipping on all orders over PKR 20,000.
• Flat rate of PKR 300 for orders under PKR 20,000.
• Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch via our courier partners.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
