Refund, Exchange & Buy-Back
Our Policy
We stand behind every House of Mina piece. Whether your jewelry has just arrived, or you've worn it for years, here is exactly what we offer — for new pieces, used pieces, and everything in between.
01 7-Day Returns — Defects Only
Because each piece is handcrafted to order, we accept returns only in the case of verifiable manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or receipt of an incorrect item. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general dissatisfaction.
Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligible only for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect item received.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and care card intact.
- Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering — sizing issues are not covered.
Process
- Email info@houseofmina.store or WhatsApp +92 316 1930960 within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- For approved defect returns, House of Mina covers return shipping within Pakistan.
- We inspect returns within 3–5 business days. Once verified, you may choose: free repair, replacement, 100% store credit (valid 12 months), or refund to your original payment method.
Custom-made, engraved, personalised, and promotional items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
02 Buy-Back Programme — For Used Pieces
Worn your piece and ready for something new? Our Buy-Back Programme lets you trade in a used House of Mina piece and put its value toward another.
- Refund: 50% of the original purchase price, returned to your original payment method.
- Exchange: 50% of the original purchase price applied as store credit toward any other piece in our collection.
Eligibility
- Piece must be in reasonable condition. Normal wear is expected and accepted.
- Pieces damaged beyond normal wear are not eligible.
- Only pieces originally purchased from House of Mina are eligible — proof of purchase required.
- Custom-made and engraved pieces are not eligible.

03 After-Sales & Repair Service
All repairs are done in-house by our karigars. Services include rhodium re-plating, 21k gold re-plating, soldering, resizing, and stone replacement.
- Piece must have been purchased from House of Mina.
- Service takes approximately 10–15 working days.
- First service is complimentary — a free polish or re-plating, on us.
- Subsequent services are charged at direct cost only — no markup.
- Drop off at our Karachi studio, or contact us to arrange delivery.
