What types of jewelry do you offer?

Rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, pendants and chokers, for both men and women. Every piece is made to order by our karigars and finished in 21k gold or rhodium plating over a 925 sterling silver base.

What materials are used?

All jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver, alloyed for strength — then finished in either 21k gold plating or rhodium plating. You choose the plating on the product page.

Do you offer nickel-free jewellery?

Yes. Most pieces can be ordered with a nickel-free finish — select Nickel-Free under Plating Finish on the product page. It costs exactly the same as the standard finish and looks identical. Nickel is one of the most common causes of contact allergy and is present in the alloys and plating of a lot of jewellery, so this is worth choosing if earrings or rings have irritated your skin before.

Which stones do you use?

Depending on the piece: moissanite, lab-grown diamond, or American diamond. On many of our engagement styles you can choose between moissanite and lab-grown diamond directly on the product page. Coloured pieces use simulated and lab-grown stones rather than mined ones, which holds colour well and keeps the price sensible.

How do I find my ring size?

Our rings run from US 3 to US 12, in half sizes. The size guide has US, UK, Pakistani and Indian conversions, plus a string method you can do at home in a minute. If you are buying as a gift and cannot measure, message us on WhatsApp and we will talk you through it.

What sizes do your bracelets come in?

You select XS to XL on the product page. Bracelets and openable karas are sized by wrist circumference — XS is 13–14 cm, M is 15.5–17 cm and the most common, XL is 18.5–20 cm. Measure around your wrist with a soft tape or a strip of paper and add 1–2 cm for comfort. If you fall between S and M, take M.

Slide-on bangles and closed karas are measured differently — by inner diameter, across the widest part of your hand with the fingers drawn together, rather than around the wrist. The size guide has that table alongside the bracelet one. If you are not sure which applies to the piece you want, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

How long does production take?

Since every piece is handcrafted to order, production takes 10–15 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Put it on last — after perfume, lotion and hairspray. Take it off first — before water, swimming or sleep. Wipe it with the soft cloth provided and keep it in its anti-tarnish pouch between wears. Plating lasts considerably longer when it is kept away from moisture and cosmetics.

Do you offer replating?

Yes. Every piece includes one free polish and replating service. After that, we offer heavily subsidised replating for the life of the piece — just get in touch when it needs refreshing.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back and we will arrange everything.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Currently we ship within Pakistan only. Shipping is free on orders over PKR 20,000.

Is gift packaging available?

All orders ship gift-ready as standard — a rigid box, anti-tarnish pouch, care card and authenticity card. There is no extra charge and nothing to add at checkout.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes. Visit our Custom Order page and tell us what you have in mind. We will follow up within 2 business days to talk through stones, sizing and cost before anything is made.

Can I visit your store?

Yes — we are at Shop 42, Najmi Market, Mansfield Road, Saddar, Karachi, open 12:30pm to 8:00pm. It is worth messaging ahead if you want to see a specific piece, since most are made to order.
