What types of jewelry do you offer?

House of Mina offers handcrafted rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, pendants, and chokers for both men and women. Every piece is made to order by skilled karigars and finished with superior 21k gold or rhodium plating on a 925 sterling silver base.

How long does production take?

Since every piece is handcrafted to order, production takes 10–15 business days. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

What materials are used?

All jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver, alloyed for strength. It is then finished with a double layer of 21k gold plating or rhodium plating (for white-gold pieces). Stones are Moissanite, Lab-Grown Diamond, or precision-cut Korean American Diamonds depending on the piece.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Put it on last — after perfume, lotion, and hairspray. Take it off first — before water, swimming, or washing up. Store each piece in the pouch it came with. That genuinely covers 95% of care. Every piece also includes one complimentary polish — just reach out when you need it.

Do you offer replating?

Yes. Every piece includes one free polish and replating service. After that, we offer heavily subsidised replating — a fraction of what you'd pay at any other jeweler. Your piece will always look the way it did on day one.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back and we'll arrange everything.
