For certain orders or where needed, we produce a wax or resin prototype before casting. True to scale, true to weight. You can hold it, try it on, and request changes before final production.

Before You Start.
How much does a custom order cost?
It depends on the metal, karat, stone type, and complexity. Silver pieces typically start lower, gold depends on karat and weight. We give you a clear quote after the consultation, before any design work begins. No hidden costs.
How long does the full process take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks total. The design and mockup stage takes about a week (depending on how many revisions you need), and production runs 10 to 15 business days after you approve.
What if I don't like the final piece?
That's exactly why the approval process exists. You sign off on a 3D render and a physical mockup before we cast anything. By the time the final piece is made, you've already seen and held something identical. Because of this, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. We make sure you're fully happy before production begins.
Can you replicate a piece from a photo?
Yes. Send us a reference photo and we'll tell you whether we can match it, what modifications might be needed, and what it would cost. We've remade heirloom pieces, Pinterest finds, and rings from other jewellers.
Do I need to visit the studio?
No. Most of our custom orders are handled entirely via WhatsApp. We send renders and mockup photos digitally. If you're in Karachi and want to try the mockup in person, you're welcome to visit us in Saddar.
How many revisions do I get?
As many as you need. We don't cap revisions on the render stage. You're not locked in until you approve the final design and mockup.
